Credit card payments are accepted with a $5 service fee added. Venmo, cash, and check are also accepted.

Starting September 1st, 2025 a 50% deposit is required for any color service over 2 hours. This includes highlights, balayage, and color corrections. The deposit will be applied to your service charge at the end of the appointment. Deposits will be accepted via credit card, Venmo. If you reschedule, your deposit will go towards your future appointment.
​💜 CANCELLATIONS💜

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellation. If you cancel within 48 hours, your deposit is non-refundable. No exceptions. If you reschedule, your deposit will go towards your future appointment as long as you reschedule within 48 hours.

If you repeatedly cancel shorter appointments that do not require a deposit, you will be asked to kindly find another salon to go to. We understand stuff happens, but if it becomes a problem for us, we will refuse service to you in the future

If you are running late, please call the salon or text us: (831)-239-7506. After 30 minutes, you will need to reschedule.
​💚 ​NEW COLOR CLIENTS 💚

We require a consultation for all new color clients, and we kindly ask that you fill out a new client color form. If you make an appointment during the consultation, your deposit will be due at that time. Please make sure you are prepared. Deposits are accepted via credit card or Venmo in person.
