🧡 PAYMENT 🧡

• Cash or check are the only accepted payment options at this time
  
  

•  A $100 deposit is required for complicated color jobs in which it’s necessary to block more than 2 hours of time (color corrections, balayage, highlights, etc). The deposit will be applied to your service charge at the end of the appointment.

​💜 CANCELLATIONS💜

• We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellation. If you cancel within 48 hours, your deposit is non-refundable. No exceptions.
  
  

• If you repeatedly cancel shorter appointments that do not require a deposit, you will be asked to kindly find another salon to go to. We understand stuff happens, but if it becomes a problem for us, we will refuse service to you in the future.

​💚 ​NEW COLOR CLIENTS 💚

• We require a consultation for all new color clients. If you make an appointment during the consultation, your $100 deposit will be due at that 
  time. Please make sure you are prepared.

🦠 COVID PRECAUTIONS 🦠

• All clients will be required to wear masks unless mask mandates are not in effect. If you have a health condition that makes mask wearing difficult, please notify your stylist ahead of your appointment time.
  
  

• If mask mandates are not in effect and you wish to remove your mask, you may do so upon showing proof of vaccine status and state issued ID.
