Cash or check are the only accepted payment options at this time
A $100 deposit is required for complicated color jobs in which it’s necessary to block more than 2 hours of time (color corrections, balayage, highlights, etc). The deposit will be applied to your service charge at the end of the appointment.
💜 CANCELLATIONS💜
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellation. If you cancel within 48 hours, your deposit is non-refundable. No exceptions.
If you repeatedly cancel shorter appointments that do not require a deposit, you will be asked to kindly find another salon to go to. We understand stuff happens, but if it becomes a problem for us, we will refuse service to you in the future.
💚 NEW COLOR CLIENTS 💚
We require a consultation for all new color clients. If you make an appointment during the consultation, your $100 deposit will be due at that
time. Please make sure you are prepared.
🦠 COVID PRECAUTIONS 🦠
All clients will be required to wear masks unless mask mandates are not in effect. If you have a health condition that makes mask wearing difficult, please notify your stylist ahead of your appointment time.
If mask mandates are not in effect and you wish to remove your mask, you may do so upon showing proof of vaccine status and state issued ID.
